Mekânda erken hasat soğuk sıkım zeytinyağı, zeytin, organik bal, el yapımı sabun, kahve, şarap ve el yapımı seramik gibi yöresel/organik ürünler bulunur. Yapı, bölgenin zeytinyağı üretim kültürünü ve sivil mimari mirasını bir arada yaşatması açısından öne çıkar; zaman zaman sanat ve kültür etkinliklerine de ev sahipliği yapar.
