Tepecik Camii, İç Liman'da Neyzen Tevfik Caddesi üzerinde, Tersaneci Mustafa Paşa'nın kethüdası Hasan Ağa tarafından 1735'te antik bir agora kalıntısı üzerine yaptırılmıştır. Kesme taştan, kareye yakın planlı, ahşap çatılı ve tek şerefeli minarelidir; yapıldığında Osmanlı mimarisinde az görülen gerçek bir yalı (deniz kıyısı) camisiydi. 1915'te bir Fransız savaş gemisinin top atışıyla kubbesi hasar görmüş, 2007'de Aydın Vakıflar tarafından restore edilmiştir. Liman fotoğraflarının vazgeçilmez bir simgesidir.
