Salih Adası, Güvercinlik Körfezi'nin karşısında, Muğla-Bodrum yolu kıyısında yer alan bir adadır. Antik dönemde Karyanda ile ilişkilendirilen ada, kuzey kıyısında yaklaşık 10 metre yüksekliğinde Helenistik döneme ait savunma duvarı, liman yapıları ve Bizans dönemine ait sütun tamburları, başlıklar ile seramik parçaları barındırır. Karyanda'nın daha sonra Gölköy çevresine taşındığı, bu nedenle ne adada ne de Gölköy'de kentten önemli kalıntı kalmadığı belirtilir; bu nedenle adanın Karyanda ile özdeşliği kesin değil, soru işaretiyle tartışılır.
