Gündoğan açıklarındaki Küçük Tavşan Adası, halk arasında Apostol Adası olarak da anılır. Adanın en yüksek noktasında, 6. yüzyılda inşa edilmiş bazilika planlı bir Bizans kilisesi yer alır; bazı kaynaklar yapının İstanbul Ayasofya'sıyla aynı dönemde yapıldığını aktarır (bu tarih ihtiyatla değerlendirilmelidir). Büyük ölçüde ayakta kalan taş duvarlar, tonozlu pencereler ve fresk parçaları görülür. Adada MÖ 2. yüzyıla uzanan yerleşim izleri de vardır.
